This week’s featured local business is Athena Beans Coffee House & Bistro 
It’s a pretty large coffee shop in Sandy, UT with a super cute little retail area and this amazing mural. They serve all kinds of coffee and tea, smoothies, juices, and they bake their muffins fresh daily 
They also have a decent selection of breakfast and lunch foods available. I got the carne asada tacos and they’re worth it if you’re looking for a small lunch plate!
I can’t wait to check out an open mic night soon! They’re Mondays at 8pm. See you there my SLC peeps!
