Here’s a recap of how Salt Lake County did in January: we saw a teensy dip in average sold price compared to Dec 2020, but overall trend is still UP 📈

average days on market are still hovering in the high 20s, keep in mind that that this is not the time it took to go under contract…this is time from listing to closed! 🔑

the number of homes sold has seen a dramatic decrease! In the previous 3 months, the number of homes sold was in the 1600s and we didn’t even crack 800 in January. ☹️

current inventory in Salt Lake County is only 477, yikes! We have a serious shortage in housing inventory going on right now. It’s a great time to sell and get top dollar for your home, but it also creates such a stressful experience for buyers.
