Yikes! According to the National Association of Realtors, the Salt Lake City metro area is pretty low on the affordability list.
SLC ranked 78 out of the 100 largest metro areas 😫, and this was as of July 2020, so I can only imagine it’s even worse now.
If you currently own a home then congrats! Your equity is skyrocketing right now! But this market is taking a serious toll on homebuyers on the state.
